Shipping & returns

Shipping: Orders ship from our US warehouse within 1 business day. Delivery is typically 2–5 business days within the United States. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns & 90-day guarantee: If you use the device consistently for the recommended cycle and aren't happy with your results, contact us within 90 days of delivery for a refund. Items should be returned in reusable condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.

Damaged or faulty items: Email hello@flashsmooth.com with your order number and a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Privacy policy

We collect only the information needed to process and ship your order — name, contact details, shipping address and payment confirmation. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we never store full card numbers. We do not sell your personal data.
